I hope it's ok to have one party for both, because that is what's happening for the next couple of years until the girls are old enough to care. How far apart are their birthdays? Mine are only a week apart.
My vote is only because it's the 1st birthday! Other wise I would say it's fine to combine. I just think 1 is special even though he won't remember:)
